She is the founder of Prestige Care Consulting, where she works with organisations on leadership, employee experience, culture and change implementation. Her professional experience in Adult Social Care in the UK remains an important part of her background, giving her a practical perspective on leadership, people and the challenges of turning strategy into meaningful change.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Health and Care Management and is pursuing further academic development in international management and education. She is the author of The Prestige Leader – The Human Side of Healthcare Leadership, exploring the human side of leadership and the role of people in building stronger and more sustainable organisations.
Her work brings together leadership, People & Culture, talent development, wellbeing, emotional intelligence and organisational transformation, with a particular focus on the human side of change. She also explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence and technological transformation on organisations, focusing on how leaders and teams can adopt new technologies without losing sight of people, culture, trust and responsibility.
